 Terms & Conditions:

  •  US Magnetix accepts the following forms of payment:

o   Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover

o   Check

o   Cash (pickup orders only)

o   Invoice (net 30 with credit approval; new customers require credit card)

  •  If you receive product that is considered to be defective or damaged, US Magnetix will replace the  product or issue credit. A photo of the damage and bill of lading or email is required.
  •  There are no minimum orders in terms of quantity or price; customer is responsible to pay shipping  charges.
  •  Carrier surcharges apply to LTL and “blind”  shipments with customer as origination address.
  •  Shipments that do not reach their final destination will be replaced or a refund will be issued  unless proven otherwise.
  •  Discounts offered will be clearly specified in any verbal, written or other electronic communications.  Otherwise, pricing will be considered full.   
  •  US Magnetix strives to provide Ultimate Service through timely, accurate, and affordable execution  of your project.
